Looking for anyone who served with A Company, 1st of the 8th between February 1967 and July 1967. We had a very intense 7 hour firefight on 2, July 1967 and am looking for any survivors from that action in Binh Dinh Province, Bong Son Plain near LZ Geronimo. A Company was ambushed, however, supporting elements of Cav also were involved. Total U.S. casualties that day 17KIA and 39 WIA, enemy 96 KIA. Anyone wanting to know about this action or anyone having been there that day please contact. Welcome home brothers.
