Take care! I love you all!
. . Contributed By Dimitri De SadeleerOn Wednesday, January 13, 1999
A few months ago I began corresponding with Vietnam Veterans. I would like to thank them all for their nice letters. This is the best bunch of guys that I know. Some of these veterans are OK, others are still having a lot of physcal and emotional problems because of the war. There is still a lot of pain out there! One advice to America: show that you care. There are almost 3 000 000 of these guys. I'm sure that a lot of them would appreciate hearing something nice from you all. Like Mark Baker wrote in his book "Nam": "Go out and grab the first vet you see. Love him and cry your eyes out together". America, please do something! If there are veterans out there who are in need to have a pal to talk/write to, please contact me. This is someone who cares!
