. . Contributed By Michelle M. Fairman CoteOn Sunday, December 06, 1998
My father, Lt. Col Donald H. Fairman died October 1, 1969 of Liver Cancer. His death certificate lists his cause of death as a result of being in contact with agent orange during his time in Vietnam. He was on active duty at the time of his death. My family would like to see his name on the wall. How do I do this? Thank-you for you help
