THOSE WHO HAVE FALLEN BUT ARE NEVER FORGOTTEN . . Contributed By Dona Jean HofferOn Tuesday, May 26, 1998 Robert Charles Peters, who was my uncle, gave his life for what he beleived in. I was a small child when he was killed. Back then he was my hero, and today 30 years later he is still my hero. Now and forever. I know that where ever he is that he is with me everyday. He is still very much alive in my heart, soul, and mind. The words "thank you" are not enough to say how I feel about the greatest gift you gave not only to your country, but to your family. You were and still are the pride of this family. I will always love you Uncle Bobby, and I love you for just who you were. A man who lived everyday to it's fullest. Thank you for all the smiles, the laughter and the memerioes that oyu gave me. These will I cherish forever. May God hold you in His loving arms until we meet again. Your Neice, Dona Jean Hoffer
